The founder of Hengjiang Intelligent was a seasoned mechanical engineer and baker with 10 years of R&D expertise in robotics and over 20 years of baking experience.
Company preparation commenced.
January 2019: Officially established; multiple self-developed production lines launched successfully, paired with intelligent operating systems for automated workflows. In May, the first SCARA robot was developed and deployed in food sorting workstations, earning related patents.
Collaborated with Harbin Institute of Technology Research Institute on novel laminating lines and baking molding systems. Successfully applied Delta robots in food production, aiding high-efficiency packaging for multiple enterprises. All technologies patented.
September 2021: Standardized robotic workstations integrated into packaging lines. Egg tart molding lines reduced time and labor costs significantly, ensuring stable, high-yield production for clients.
December 2021: Certified as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" (re-certified three years later), marking a leap in technological prowess.
Strategic upgrade to enhance product intelligence and user-friendliness.

As market share grows and innovation accelerates, existing production capacity no longer meets long-term goals. Aligning with China’s strategy to transform the machinery industry from a "manufacturing giant" to a "manufacturing powerhouse," and confident in future growth in baking machinery, we selected a premium site in Pingqian International, Nanhu District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, as the cornerstone of our next industrial expansion.
