The pizza sorting and packaging conveyor system sorts frozen finished pizzas and places them into cartons through the following (one or more) steps:
1. Product Conveyance: Connects to incoming conveyors, using belt rotation to transport products to designated positions.
2. Product Positioning: An industrial camera mounted above the feeding sorting conveyor captures images to locate products as they arrive.
3. Product Sorting & Storage: After visual positioning, the sorting conveyor transfers products beneath the robot support frame. Two parallel Delta robots grip the positioned products and place them into cartons on a synchronized conveyor. Once a carton is filled with three rows of products, the conveyor chain drives a cross-push bar to advance the carton for further packing.
4. Loading & Cartoning: The synchronized conveyor transports empty cartons. The two Delta robots then pick products and place them into the cartons. After filling, the carton moves backward for subsequent packaging.
This workstation is ideally suited for sorting and packaging frozen products in the food industry, including inner packaging lines for frozen doughnuts, dumplings, steamed buns, and more. It also adapts to pharmaceuticals, electronics, and daily chemical products. Its efficiency, flexibility, and precision significantly enhance production line automation, boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality and market competitiveness.

01 Buffer Docking & Feeding Alignment: Incoming materials enter the workstation steadily and continuously via conveyor chains.

02 Proprietary Operating System: Multi-platform human-machine interaction system.

03 Vision Positioning & Accelerated Inspection: The visual recognition system identifies incoming products, enabling robots to sort and align irregular items onto conveyors for downstream processing.
